NCC works closely with telecom firms to improve quality

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is working with telecoms operators to improve service quality across networks. Etisalat Nigeria's vice president for regulatory and corporate affairs, Ibrahim Dikko, said they have come to realise that the best way to achieve better service quality is for the regulators and operators to come together, discuss the challenges and come up with better solutions to address them, instead of imposing sanctions for missing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ThisDay reported.
