Nearly 3 in 4 Spaniards unhappy about fixed telephony prices - study

Nearly three-quarters of Spaniards (74.4%) are unhappy about the high prices of fixed telephony prices, including 67.3 percent that expressed discontent about the price of fixed broadband services, according to a consumer survey conducted by regulator CNMC corresponding to the final quarter of 2017. The findings show that although just 17 percent of Spanish households were dissatisfied with the actual fixed broadband service provided, the vast majority complained about the monthly cost, with 53 percent also unhappy about broadband interruptions.
