Wednesday 16 January 2019 | 14:38 CET | News
Fixed broadband remains the worst rated service among Chileans, according to a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Cadem for telecom regulator Subtel corresponding to the second half of 2018. Customers are broadly content with their mobile telephony service, with satisfaction levels rising 10 percent year on year to 59 percent while mobile broadband increased 4 percent to 42 percent. However, pay-TV satisfaction fell 3 percent to 44 percent in H2, with fixed broadband coming in at just 22 percent, a rise of 7 percentage points.
