Nearly 86,000 South Koreans affected by Facebook data leak

Almost 86,000 South Korean users may have been inadvertently affected by a leak scandal, writes Korean online publication Yonhapnews.com.kr citing a statement from Facebook. The number is based on the "friends" of 184 end-users who installed the "thisisyourdigitallife" app. Facebook said earlier that the personal information of 87 million users may have been leaked to political consulting firm Cambridge Analytica. Facebook said the leakage's extent may vary depending on users' personal information settings.
