Net Neutrality debate should not over-focus on ISPs - study

The debate about Net Neutrality has focused exclusively on ISPs and is overlooking other areas of discrimination across the internet value chain, according to Strand Consult. The approach taken by the EU and others would benefit by focusing on operating systems, of which there are essentially three – Google Android, Apple iOS and Microsoft Windows – which bundled with various devices « create a cascading effect by driving users to pre-defined websites, services and apps ».
