NET10 tops mobile non-contract service category - study

Overall customer satisfaction with mobile non-contract service providers has increased considerably since 2009, according to a study by JD Power and Associates. Increased satisfaction was due to new service offerings, aggressive pricing strategies and improved network quality. Overall satisfaction has improved by sixteen index points from 2009 to an average of 766 on a 1,000-point scale. I dont doubt it. Ive been using Net10 for about 6 mos now. I have no problems with their network, their prices or their customer service. I dont understand why it isnt so popular when it is clear their clients are happy and paying less! Here is my word-of-mouth, GET NET10! I tell my friends "we get the same number of bars, use the same features on our phones, but I pay half as much!" ha ha!
