Netatmo raises EUR 30 million

French IoT start-up Netatmo has raised EUR 30 million in a round backed by new investor electrical products company Legrand, and its existing shareholders, Iris Capital, BPI and C4 Ventures founder Pascal Cagni, reports Les Echos. Netatmo's founder and  president Frederic Potter, said Legrand allows the company to preserve its independence and gives it the opportunity to developing common products. Netatmo currently sells products such as a connected thermostat and a home security camera, and aims to develop into other connected home segments, including lighting and access monitoring. The
