Netcity Telecom attacks Ancom decision in court

Bucharest's City Hall and Netcity Telecom, an operator which owns the Bucharest Municipality's Netcity fibre optic network, challenged in court a decision by telecommunications regulator Ancom setting the technical and economic conditions for wholesale access to Netcity's network, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar. The Bucharest City Hall and Netcity Telecom are also refusing talks with Romania's national association of internet service providers (Anisp), Anisp said.
