Netcity Telecom continues extension of underground network with new loan

Netcity Telecom, the operator of the Netcity underground fibre network in Bucharest, is expanding its underground network in Bucharest by signing the increase of a EUR 36 million club loan facility with a new facility of EUR 10 million. The deal was signed with a bank syndicate of banks formed by Banca Comercială Română and BRD Groupe Societe Generale. The credit facility will be used by the company to supplement over EUR 20 million already earmarked for further work on expanding its underground fibre optic infrastructure over the next 3 years.
