Netflix agrees peering with AT&T

Netflix has reached a new peering agreement to the improve the delivery of its streaming service in the US, this time with AT&T. The arrangement went into effect on 29 July, two people with knowledge of the situation told the site Mashable. The sources declined to provide financial terms of the deal. AT&T and Netflix later confirmed the agreement. AT&T said the deal was struck in May and it was has been working since then to provide additional interconnect capacity to improve the viewing experience for subscribers. Netflix is paying some of the biggest ISPs in the US for direct access to
