Netflix disputes viewer data presented by NBCU

Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos told the New York Times that ratings data recently presented by NBC Universal's head of research, Alan Wurtzel, at a Television Critics Association event was "remarkably inaccurate". Sarandos said Netflix would invest USD 6 billion in content this year, including original scripted programming and that it now has around 70 million subscribers around the world, including 43 million in the US.
