Netflix faces legal action from French operator Free

French operator Free has started legal action against Netflix over the publication of the monthly reports measuring the prime time Netflix performance for the main ISPs (the Netflix ISP Speed Index), reports BFM Business. The compensation case will be heard by the commercial court in Paris. While both parties have refuse to comment on the dispute, Free could reportedly be seeking damages ranging from tens to hundreds millions of euros.
