Netflix says Norway, Denmark, Sweden exceed 3 Mbps in July

Netflix has published its ISP speed rankings for the Nordic region in July, and said Norway, Denmark and Sweden all posted average speeds that were better than 3.00 Mbps. All the top seven providers in Norway raised their averages. There has been little change in the top three in Finland for several months now.
