Netgem launches buyback offer to repurchase 10 mln shares

STB maker Netgem has received the green light from the French financial market authority (AMF) to go ahead with its proposed buyback offer for 10 million of its shares, representing approximately 24 percent of the company's capital. The offer is priced at EUR 2.50 per share and will be used to reduce the number of outstanding shares on the open market.
