Netgem's Videofutur acquires regional fibre ISP Comcable

Tuesday 7 July 2020 | 20:18 CET | News
Videofutur, the commercial brand of Netgem's French ISP Vitis, will take over 3,500 fixed broadband subscribers following the company's acquisition of rival Comcable. The latter offers FTTH-based services to residential and business customers in several public initiative fibre networks across France. Netgem's CEO said that the deal will support Videofutur's growth target for 2020, providing a cash return on investment within less than two years. Comcable's founder, Philippe Le Gall, is to join Netgem's team, bringing his expertise in the fibre broadband market.
