Netia mulls stake sale

Polish operator Netia has signed an agreement with Morgan Stanley on the preparation of its development strategy, reports Rpkom.pl. The bank will look for either strategic or financial investors willing to acquire a stake at Netia. Funds Innova Capital and Blackstone are looking into taking over the operator, as well as mobile operators Plus and T-Mobile Poland.
