NetNordic buys IPnett to form major Nordic system integrator

NetNordic said it has acquired IPnett and aims to form one of the Nordic region's largest systems integrators, specialising in broadband, networking, security, communications and cloud services. It aims to expand as an independent provider of products and services to businesses and operators. The company gains 230 employees and an estimated SEK 850 million revenue in 2016.
