NetOne faces lawsuit over alleged outstanding payment for 40,000 litres of fuel

Wednesday 19 August 2020 | 12:55 CET | News
NetOne has been taken to court by Led Travel and Tours, which is demanding 40,000 litres of fuel that it claims the operator has not paid for, reported The New Zimbabwe. Led Travel is in the business of tourism and petroleum and is alternatively seeking a judgment over the US dollar value of the fuel, determined using the US pump price plus transport at the date of delivery of the product or date of payment, in the same currency as a refund.
