Neustar introduces one-system Inbound Authentication Pro

Neustar and its recently acquired TrustID have introduced Inbound Authentication Pro, tan inbound authentication service that verifies calls and callers through a single system. The new service combines pre-answer call authentication products from TrustID and Neustar OneID. It inspects each incoming call to make sure the call is legitimate and not spoofed, manipulated or virtualised. The OneID system then instantly identifies the caller, even if the number is not in the organisation’s CRM, and routes it.
