New e-commerce site Kul.com launches in UAE and Saudi Arabia, offers refurbished phones and tablets

A new, low-cost e-commerce website called Kul.com has launched in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, selling a range of products including refurbished phone and tablets, Arabianbusiness reported. Kul.com offers mobile phones, watches, kitchenware, appliances and fragrances at prices for every level of income.  The new portal promises fast delivery and easy returns.
