New MTN CEO promises major 3G investment in Congo

MTN Congo's incoming CEO, Djibril Ouattara and company directors met with Congolese telecom minister Hellot Matson Mampouya to discuss the mobile operator's investment in the country. The CEO said the company would make record investments in technology upgrade in 2016, which will improve service quality and deliver various new services. He justified the occasional service faults of the last few years to periods of adaptation after successive upgrades.
