New OII research shows most internet users have positive experience

New research from the Oxford Internet Institute (OII) shows that most internet users have a positive experience online. It also shows rapid growth in the use of the internet for banking, commercial and entertainment purposes, with the number of people paying bills online, streaming music and watching TV/films online growing significantly since 2013.
