New research shows UK consumers remain confused about MVNOs

Only 1 in 10 (11%) mobile phone users in the UK would prefer to use an MVNO over traditional networks, according to new research from digital customer feedback technology provider Maru/edr. Despite high awareness of MVNOs, UK consumers remain reluctant to switch.
