New rules for Croatian operators to enter force in 2020

New rights for users of telecommunications services and new obligations for operators in Croatia will enter into force on 01 January 2020, reports Slobodna Dalmacija. One of the most important changes for consumers is option to terminate a contract by e-mail or telephone. The deadlines for termination of fixed services has been shortened from twelve days to six, and the deadline for switching fixed operators from 45 to a maximum of 30 days, according to regulator Hakom.
