New Zealand's Commerce Commission is seeking consumers' feedback on phone and broadband services. The regulators wants to hear consumer likes and dislikes with phone and broadband services. The decision follows the Parliament's recent introduction of changes that direct the Commission to collect and report on the quality of service consumers receive from their operators.
