New Zealand's Spark extends NZD 200 million standby facility

Spark Finance, the subsidiary of Spark New Zealand that carries out the borrowing activities for the Spark group, has extended the term of its NZD 200 million committed standby revolving credit facility by one year, to mature on 30 April 2024. The standby is provided through participation from Australasian and global banks.
