News Corp to acquire online real-estate company Move

On 30 September, News Corp announced it has agreed to buy online real-estate listings business Move in an all-cash deal valued at approximately USD 950 million, in an effort to expand the media company's presence in the US real-estate market, reported The Wall Street Journal.
