NextDC raises AUD 50 mln, seeks another 10 mln

Australian data centre operator NextDC has raised AUD 50 in an underwritten share placement at AUD 2.60 per share. The company is also seeking to raise up to AUD 10 million through a share placement plan. The number of new shares to be issued under the to placement is approximately 11 percent of the ordinary shares that NextDC currently has on issue.
