NextGenTel expects NOK 179 mln Kvantel revenue in 2016

NextGenTel has held a presentation regarding its acquisition of Kvantel. It said it expects revenues from Kvantel datacom and voice services of NOK 179 million in 2016 and EBITDA of NOK 19 million, rising to NOK 184 million revenue and NOK 35 million EBITDA in 2017, and to NOK 191 million revenue and NOK 46 million in 2018. NextGenTel said it will finance the acquisition through an existing five-year loan, now outstanding at NOK 175 million, as well as a new loan of NOK 140 million payable over 3.5 years.
