Nexttel subscriber base in Cameroon increases to 4.2 million

Friday 17 November 2017 | 12:19 CET | News
Cameroonmobile operator Nexttel, a subsidiary of Vietnam's Viettel, reached a customer base of 4.2 million in October, reports Agence Ecofin based on an official source within the company. The operator recently celebrated its 3-year anniversary in the country, after launching its first commercial offers in September 2014. It announced the milestone of 3 million subscriptions in February, when its deputy CEO Haman Oumar said that a new objective of 5 million by year-end was within reach.
