NFU launches annual broadband, mobile coverage survey

The UK's National Farmers Union (NFU) launched its annual broadband and mobile phone coverage survey on 23 August, running for five weeks. NFU Vice President Guy Smith said the organisation does not believe that the government is doing enough to connect rural communities and farmers. He also expressed concern that 4G mobile coverage was being rolled out at a slower rate in rural areas.
