NIC chair calls on UK govt to commit to future infrastructure investment

Sir John Armitt, Chair of the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC), has called on the UK Government to use the autumn Spending Review to commit to building a future infrastructure fit for a post-Brexit Britain. He wants the government to commit to a once-in-a-generation transformation of the UK's technology, energy and transport networks.
