Nigeria government considers restricting maximum number of SIMs to 3 per person, no decision made

Nigerian Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami says that any subscriber who wishes to have multiple phone numbers would have to convince the government of why he/she should have more than three mobile lines, reports CommunicationsWeek. The minister said that the government has not been taken a final decision on the maximum number of SIM cards that a subscriber can have.
