Nigerian government launches National Cyber Security Policy

President Muhammadu Buhari has launched the National Cyber Security Policy and Strategy 2021, ThisDay reported. The document will provide a framework to harness the efforts of the private sector, academia, and industry towards progressive economic and national development. It will provide a platform for technical education, digital skills acquisition and indigenous technology production, creating youth job opportunities supporting Nigeria's resolve to alleviate poverty and boost the economy, he stated.
