Nigerian governors resolve to address Right of Way challenges

Nigerian State Governors, under the auspices of the Governors' Forum, have resolved to address the issue of Right of Way (RoW) telecom charges, to expand broadband penetration and promote a digital economy. The resolution followed a presentation by communications and digital economy minister Isa Ali Ibrahim about the many benefits of an increase in broadband access to the economies of the various states.
