Nigerian govt aims to clear Right of Way challenges amid plans to commission 18,000 km of fibre

The Nigerian government is working on resolving the Right of Way (RoW) challenges that have hindered improvements to connectivity, reports The Guardian. There are also indications that the government plans to have 18,000 kilometres of fibre-optic cables laid, to help the country meet and surpass the 30 percent broadband penetration target set for 2018.
