Nigeria's ICT ministry has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nokia in order to stimulate the growth of ICT in the country. There are four prongs to the MoU. First, the government and Nokia will collaborate in the area of mobile-enabled corporate social investment initiatives and low-cost services that will benefit students, the government and consumers.
