Nigerian operators add 3.3 mln mobile internet users in February

The number of telecom subscribers in Nigeria reached 187.4 million in February, up by 1.4 million from the previous month, according to data from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). MTN remained the largest operator with a 38.7 percent share of subscribers, followed by Globacom with 27.7 percent and Airtel Nigeria at 27.0 percent.
