Nigeria's Diamond Bank unveils mobile fingerprint app

Nigeria's Diamond Bank has announced the introduction of a fingerprint recognition feature on its Diamond Mobile App. The service utilises the iOS Touch Identification fingerprint reader to allow users to log in to their accounts. Divisional Head for Corporate Communications at the bank, Ayona Trimnell, said the feature would remove the burden of getting or having to remember a user ID and password, according to The Punch.
