Nigeria's ISPs urged to migrate to IPv6

The African Network Information Centre (AFRINIC) in partnership with the Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA), Association of Telecom Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) and the University of Ibadan, have urged the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and content producers in Nigeria to migrate from the Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPV4) to IPV6 in order to deepen internet penetration in the country, reports the Guardian.
