Nimbus Infrastructure gets approval for Paratus Telecommunications takeover and name change

Nimbus Infrastructure shareholders have approved the renaming of the entity as Paratus Namibia Holdings, the Namibian reported. Nimbus shareholders at the general meeting also voted in favour of Nimbus acquiring the remaining Paratus Telecommunications shares from the Paratus Africa Group, making Nimbus the 100 percent shareholder of Paratus Telecommunications.
