Nkom encourages municipal applications to WiFi4EU portal for hotspot grants

Norwegian telecoms regulator Nkom said the WiFi4EU portal will start taking applications for EU grants for free public Wi-Fi again at the end of October. It is already accepting registrations from borough councils. The system provides funding of up to EUR 15,000 per application for purchasing and installing hotspot equipment.
