NKOM finalises frequency fees for 2015

Norwegian postal and telecoms regulator NKOM has finalised the its frequency fees for 2015 and still expects to raise NOK 65.002 million. It has made changes to fees under paragraphs 10 (broadcasting) and 12 (spectrum) since its predecessor, PT, issued the draft fee schedule in December. It has made a reduction under paragraph 10 after an unintentional considerable hike in the original draft. There will be a smaller rise in fees under paragraph 12.
