Nkom gets application for 3.4-3.8 GHz spectrum on Svalbard, invites competing bids

Norwegian communications regulator Nkom said it has received an application for a permit to use 3,400-3,800 MHz spectrum on Svalbard, and is inviting any other bids by 24 January.
