Nkom invites bid for DVB-T block in 174-230 MHz band

Norwegian electronic communications regulator Nkom said it has received an application for a concession to use national broadcasting block 3, and is inviting any rival bidders to put in their own applications by 13 June. The block in question is in the band 174-230 MHz and is intended for DVB-T broadcasting.
