Nkom invites bids for spectrum permit for 2 GHz band

The Norwegian electronic communications regulator Nkom said that it has received an application for a permit for spectrum in the 1920-1980 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz bands. Any competing bids should be submitted to Nkom by noon on 24 January 2017.
