Nkom presents dark fibre report on 05 December

The Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communication is holding a media conference on 05 December. This coincides with Secretary of State Reynir Johannesson receiving a report from electronic communications regulator Nkom regarding the market for dark fibre.
