Nkom says 2.1 GHz band need not be ring-fenced for improving indoor reception

Norwegian telecoms regulator Nkom has recommended to the Ministry of Transport and Communication that available resources in the 2.1 GHz frequency band should be used for mobile broadband on a commercial basis for general use. Initially, it had said the spectrum could be used specifically to improve indoor reception.
