Nkom tells Ice Norway, TDC to tighten up works procedures

Norwegian communications authority Nkom said it has ordered Ice Norway and TDC to rectify discrepancies in procedures for upgrading and amending electronic communications services and networks. In spring 2015, Nkom inspected a number of providers to look at their procedures. Nkom conducted audits after several incidents revealed deficiencies in procedures that may have led to faults, among other things to mobile networks.
