Nkom tells Telenor to expand zero-rated content scheme

Norwegian electronic communications regulator Nkom has published an analysis of Telenor's youth mobile subscription Yng, which includes the zero-rated service Music Freedom, in terms of European network neutrality regulations. European rules state that national regulators should carry out a more comprehensive study in the case of operators treating some traffic differently from others. In the case of Music Freedom, Nkom said it does not consider it appropriate to impose any injunction at this time.
